The Bench Chest was completed June 26 2006.


This piece was made of Oak and Oak Plywood construction.  It was stained to English Oak,
and then finished with three coats of Shellac.  This provides a nice smooth finish with rich coloring
to compliment the hardwood flooring.


This Bench Chest now sits in the bedroom, serving as storage for winter wear as well as an
excellent seat for dressing.
