• How do I order from your site?
  
  To place an order, print the order form, write in the quantity of each item you want, add the appropriate tax, shipping and handling charges. Be sure to include your payment along with the order form and mail it to:

• How long does it take for my order?
  
  Please allow two to three weeks for your order to be completed. If you include your email address on the order form, we will send you an email when your items are shipped.

• What if I want to order a large quantity of Carry-Alls?
  
  If you want to place a large order (e.g. - more than 10), please send an email to orders@brookswoodworks.com prior to submitting an order. We will contact you with additional details.

• Why is your product selection so small?
  
  Since we just opened for business, we have only been able to produce a select number of items. We design and build an item before actually placing it on our web site. We have to like the product first before we offer it to you.  We will be adding more items in the next few months, so be sure to check back often.

• What types of products do you carry?
  
  Our primary items are woodcrafts and furniture.  Wood crafted items are those like our Carry All's and Painter's Box.  Our furniture includes benches and tables.  In 2007, we plan to expand the product lines to include outdoor furniture, such as Adirondack chairs.  Check back often to see our new products.
